Refund & Returns Policy

At Savrano Leather, every piece is prepared with care and inspected before dispatch. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and unworn;
  • in its original condition;
  • returned with its original packaging, tags, dust bag, cards, and accessories where applicable;
  • free from damage, marks, stains, odours, or signs of use.

Free UK Returns

We currently offer free returns within the United Kingdom for eligible unused items.

International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • personalised or monogrammed items;
  • made-to-order or custom-made pieces;
  • items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration;
  • items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, colour, or product, please return your original order and place a new order.

Natural Leather Characteristics

Full-grain leather naturally carries variations in grain, tone, texture, and markings. These are part of the material’s character and are not considered faults.

Over time, full-grain leather may soften, darken, and develop patina with use.
