TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of savranoleather.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Savrano Leather ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Who we are Savrano Leather is a trading name of SAVRANO GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17290351, with its registered office at Suite 10931 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. 3. Products and descriptions We sell premium leather daily-carry and travel accessories, including phone cases, MagSafe card holders, AirPods cases, AirTag holders, wallets, passport holders, washbags and device sleeves. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Please note:

  • Our products are made from Premium Leather (Premium Cowhide Leather). Natural marks, slight variation in tone and texture, and the development of patina over time are inherent, expected characteristics of premium leather and are not faults.
  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
  • Our cases and holders are designed to fit specific device models. It is your responsibility to select the correct model (for example, the correct iPhone model) before ordering.

4. Pricing and currency All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include UK VAT. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct; if we discover a genuine error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Your order and when a contract is formed After you place an order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if: payment is not authorised or is later reversed; the item is unavailable; there is a genuine error in the price or product description; we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse or a breach of these Terms; or we are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment We accept payment through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and other methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment methods available may vary by location and device. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Title to the goods passes to you only when we have received full cleared payment and the goods have been dispatched.

7. Stock and availability All orders are subject to availability. Our products are prepared by hand, and stock of individual items may be limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

8. Your statutory rights (consumers) Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you also have a 14-day right to cancel most online orders. These rights are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy and cannot be excluded or limited.

9. Intellectual property All content on the Site — including logos, images, product names, text, graphics, design and layout — belongs to SAVRANO GROUP LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, and not to interfere with its security or operation.

11. Limitation of liability We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (such as loss of profit or revenue) where you are a business customer. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

12. Events outside our control We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier shortages, extreme weather, customs processing or postal delays. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction. This does not affect your mandatory local consumer protections.

14. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
